There's no fixed price list for signage in Dubai, because there can't really be one — two shopfronts of similar size can cost very differently depending on material, illumination and how hard the site is to access. That said, the factors driving the number are consistent from job to job.
Size and material do most of the heavy lifting
Bigger signs cost more, plainly, through material and labour volume. Material choice matters just as much: acrylic, aluminium, ACP, stainless steel and wood all sit at different price points, and the right one depends on budget, expected lifespan and location — not on picking whatever's cheapest.
Illumination costs less than most people assume
LED modules, wiring and the electrical connection add to material and labour cost, but modern LED components are considerably more affordable than older lighting methods were. The bigger cost driver is usually format complexity — individual channel letters cost more to produce than a single lightbox of comparable size.
Access can move the total more than the sign itself does
A ground-floor shopfront sign is a straightforward install. A rooftop sign, a high-facade sign, or one that needs crane access or overnight fitting to avoid disrupting trading hours all add cost through equipment hire and labour time.
Permits can add both time and cost
Depending on the location and sign type, approval from a landlord, mall management or a government authority may be needed before installation. We build this into the project timeline and, where it carries a cost, into the quote itself.
What gets you a number worth trusting
Share your site location, roughly what size you're thinking, whether you want illumination, and any artwork you already have. A vague brief gets a vague estimate back — the more specific you are, the closer our first number lands to the final one.
