What's the sign actually fixing to?

Concrete, cladding, glass, ACP facade panels — each needs a different fixing method. We check the actual wall construction on site rather than assume, because the wrong fixing choice risks the sign coming loose over time.

Has wind load been factored into the design?

Larger outdoor signs, particularly freestanding pylon or monolith signs, need fixings and foundations rated for wind load. That's a structural question, not a cosmetic one, and it needs answering at the design stage, not on installation day.

Is access sorted before the day arrives?

Ladders, scaffold, cherry picker, crane — the right choice depends on height and site conditions. Check early whether any road or pavement closure or permit is needed for that equipment, since permits usually take longer to arrange than the installation itself.

For illuminated signs, is the power ready?

Confirm power availability and routing ahead of installation day, ideally with a qualified electrician involved if the connection is complex or needs coordinating with a landlord's building management.

Does the schedule account for weather and business hours?

Wind and heat both affect installation safety and timing. We plan installation windows around forecast conditions and, where it matters, around your operating hours to keep disruption to a minimum.
