Embroidery stitches a logo into the fabric instead of printing onto the surface, which is why it holds up better than most print methods on items that get washed and worn often, uniforms especially. A stitched logo doesn't crack or fade the way a printed one eventually can.
Where embroidery earns its cost
It costs more per unit than screen printing, but for daily-wear uniforms and premium merchandise the durability and finish usually justify it. We'll recommend it where it genuinely makes sense, not by default.
Fabric and logo complexity
Some fabrics and very fine logo detail suit embroidery better than others. We'll talk through your garment and artwork before recommending a spec, and where print makes more sense for the budget or the design, we'll say so rather than pushing embroidery regardless.
